The Bihar Foundation held an event, April 14, in Cupertino, Calif. The star attraction was Ratan Rajput or Lali as she is fondly known. There was a classical music recital, Bhojpuri poetry, Bollywood songs and kids who performed perfectly. A Siliconeer photo essay.
